We have spent countless hours researching and developing our products to fit you and people of all shapes and sizes. If there is a defect in the product consider it done and we will gladly replace the product free of charge. 

If you would like to send back a returned item or exchange an item and your order was placed within 30 days of the purchase date and in the Continental U.S, send us an email at mercenarymotorcycleco@gmail.com to get started. You will be responsible for shipping back to us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be in new condition with original packaging present.

Please note that we do thoroughly check all of our returns and if we notice these things you will not receive your return or exchange, just the item returned back to you
